White creamy discharge after ovulation
Cervical fluid changes all during the menstrual cycle and is a common fertility sign. Cervical fluid can also be one of the best sign for learning about the presence of estrogen inside your bloodstream.
Cervical fluid is one of the best symptoms to inform you if you are most fertile prior to ovulation. When estrogen is high and you are most fertile, cervical fluid is stretchy and looks like uncooked egg white.
If you are trying to conceive, it is strongly recommended to have intercourse each time you observe fertile quality cervical fluid. Cervical fluid contains similar properties to semen and serves comparable functions: to support, nourish and transport sperm. During a typical menstrual cycle, cervical fluid begins scant and dry just after menstruation, growing sticky or pasty, then creamy before the more fertile, watery and egg white fluid is observed when you are most fertile around ovulation. After ovulation, cervical fluid is again scant and dry.
Ovulation normally happens around the last day that fertile quality cervical fluid is observed. This is regularly called the “peak” day.
