Sneezing plus a runny nose could be signs and symptoms of both a cold and an allergic reaction. These kinds of symptoms on their own are fairly harmless and definately will not prevent you from really going about your day. They are much more of an discomfort and may be difficult to deal with for those who have a job which usually requires you to socialize with other people. There are a few steps you can take to cure a runny nose and sneezing.
1. Decide if you are affected by an allergic reaction or a cold. If it’s an allergy, your eyes usually feel itchy. Common colds can come with coughs and intervals of nasal blockage. When it is allergy season and you’re pretty certain this is actually the cause, avoid the outdoors whenever you can. Always keeping your windows closed and also staying inside may also help get rid of your sneezing and runny nose.
2. Thoroughly clean out your nose airways using a netty pot. Fill the netty pot with warm salt water. Insert the tip of the pot inside your left nasal area, and lean your head to the side. Tip the pot so the water runs through your left nasal passage and out your right nasal passage. Do this again with the right nostril. That should quickly eliminate your symptoms.
