I am now several days overdue on my cycle. I would not generally be concerned as it usually shifts a couple of days every month, however my partner and i had sex not using a condom, now i am worried about it. I saw a brown mucus discharge right after wiping. I also took a home pregnancy test following this, however it was negative. I have had cramps as I generally do the week prior to my period, but I have not seen it yet.
Answer
Brown discharge is commonly a symptom of one’s forthcoming period or an infection. Despite the fact that, a person could possibly get brown discharge during pregnancy but it’s not a pregnancy symptom. I usually get brown discharge prior to my period and also occasionally right after it is finished. If your test is actually negative, I’d personally presume you are not pregnant. Nevertheless, if you do not get your period the next 7 days of when it is due, test once more.
