Foods you should eat to help combat constipation:
Fresh fruit, especially the kiwi, grenades and raspberries. Pulses, which are abundant foods in fiber, artichoke, vegetables and green leafy vegetables (example) spinach.

5 Eat two or three raw beets in the morning and before bed eating some figs with barley.
6 Soak overnight six prunes in a glass of water and eat during the day.
7 Exercise such as walking or swimming.
8 Drinking a glass of water heated with lime juice and half a teaspoon of salt.
9 Drink six to eight glasses of water a day.
10 Swallow one teaspoon of linseed with water before of every meal.
