To prepare at home against gases and to relieve pain from stomach remedies:
The gases are very incomodos of flatmate and annoying. Women are more likely to suffer the inconvenience; since the pace of life and poor diet reinforce these symptoms. However, it is always in time be able to control them or prevent them through some tips and remedies, which can alleviate headaches, or make disappear. Before applying any remedy, it is best avoid certain foods.
1 Avoid consumption of drinks or gaseous refreshments including also carbonated water and alcohol.
